1978- Born in a small Village of Bijnor District of Western Uttar Pradesh.

1993- Passed 10th exam with first class from UP Board

1997- Passed Diploma In Mechanical Engineering from UP Board of Technical Education

2000- Passed B Tech In Mech Engg from CSJM Kanpur University

2001- Started Working with Challen International Pvt Ltd Manesar. It is a small-scale industry, making paper cups. I have achieved the highest productivity, left this company in Sep 2003.

2003-Started working with Neel Metal Products Ltd ( JBM Group Company). I have played a key role in the installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up of the Honda exhaust line. Left this Company in Jan 2008.

2008-Manager-Body Shop -Tata Motors Ltd., Pantnagar Jan’08-Mar’10

· Actively participated in installation & commissioning of Nano Body Shop

· Achieved 100% production as per line capacity within 6 months with 81% body accuracy

2010-Sr. Manager – Chassis Shop, Ashok Leyland Ltd. (Mar 10 – Apr 19)

Directed chassis shop operations including workforce planning, machine OEE monitoring, and risk control strategies.Introduced continuous improvement initiatives recognized by Japanese TPM experts and senior board stakeholders.

2019-AGM – Railway Div, Omax Autos Ltd. (May 19 – Dec 20)

Successfully commissioned a greenfield facility for LHB Coach & E-Loco Shells used in Indian Railways. Partnered with government agencies and EPC contractors on technical compliance, fiscal tracking, and quality assurance.

2021-DGM– Forklift Div, Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (Jan 21 – Jun 22)

Managed full-scale operations with direct oversight on P&L, performance dashboards, and statutory compliance. Implemented cost management protocols, reducing logistics inefficiencies and achieving improved plant ROI.
