With over 25 years of comprehensive industry experience, I have built deep expertise in operations management, manufacturing excellence, and supply chain optimization. My career journey began in the automobile sector, where I worked with leading OEMs such as Tata Motors Ltd and Ashok Leyland Ltd, contributing to large-scale vehicle production, quality improvement initiatives, and lean manufacturing practices. I then transitioned into the railway sector with Omax Autos Ltd, focusing on precision manufacturing and assembly of coach components and structures. My next phase involved working with Action Construction Equipment, a major player in material handling equipment, where I led end-to-end plant operations, improved productivity through TPM practices, and introduced cost-effective production strategies. Most recently, I have been engaged in the electric vehicle domain at Viralka Engineers Pvt Ltd, spearheading new product development, setting up greenfield manufacturing lines, and aligning operations with sustainable and future-ready mobility solutions.
